We want you to love what you receive from Katjee Africa. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and where applicable in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or altered. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.

How to request a return

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the process.

Return shipping

For orders within Kenya, we will arrange collection if the return is due to our error. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method — M-Pesa or PayPal. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the error was ours.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different colour or size where available), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock availability.
