Kenya — Free delivery

All orders within Kenya are delivered free of charge. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1–2 business days; other regions may take 3–5 business days depending on location.

International — Worldwide via DHL

We ship internationally via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. International orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information via email or WhatsApp.

Customs and import duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Katjee Africa has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

M-Pesa payments

Orders paid via M-Pesa are confirmed once payment reflects on our end. This typically happens within a few minutes. If you experience any issues with your M-Pesa payment, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp on +254 723 480 398.

Delays

While we do everything to meet the timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.
