Katjee Africa is a Kenyan retailer of handcrafted African fashion and accessories, based at Shop 127A, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi, Kenya. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. We accept payment via M-Pesa and PayPal. Prices are displayed in KES for Kenyan customers and in USD/GBP for international customers. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if there is a pricing error on the site.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours and dimensions. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen displays. These variations do not constitute a defect.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of any applicable Kenyan taxes. International prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

All content on katjeeafrica.com — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Katjee Africa and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katjee Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
